🌳 Comfort Pitch – Summer Season

From €1,739.00 per season

All Standard Pitch services included, plus a private water and wastewater connection directly at your pitch.

Price breakdown:

• Base rent: €1,380.00

• Comfort surcharge: €290.00

• 5% overnight accommodation tax on base rent only: €69.00

❄️ Winter Pitch

📅 01 October 2027 – 30 March 2028

From €724.50 per winter season

• Base rent: €690.00

• 5% overnight accommodation tax (Municipality of Simmerath): €34.50

Water and wastewater connections at the pitches are unavailable during the winter shutdown.

⚡ Electricity Costs

• €0.70 per kWh based on consumption

• €5.00 per month electricity meter fee

Electricity is billed separately.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family & Additional Persons

Prices apply to married couples and couples living together, including their biological children up to and including 20 years of age.

• 🔄 Pitch or tenant change: €120.00 administration fee
