We reserve to adapt our actual pricing to current trends. Any fees are to be paid in advance for the intended duration of your stay.

We reserve to require a bail up to the height of a yearly payment from continuous campers.

The rental period is one year , i.e .: from 01.04. of the year to 31.03. of the following year.

The lease is automatically renewed for another year if it is not canceled. The notice period is 3 months to the end of the season 31.12. each year. The notice must be in writing.

In the case of premature termination of the lease, the user can only claim a refund of the proportionate fees, if the bay can again be assigned for the remaining time of the lease.

If the actual use of a continuous bay begins only after beginning of the season, the fee for each month is being reduced for the sixth fraction of the yearly payment.

Visitors have to announce themselves at the kiosk prior to entering the camping site; camping guests have to brief their visitors accordingly.

Subletting of the bays is permissible only with our consent and with the daily fees being paid in time.

All fees and costs are specified on our accounting form, if they are not paid by the respectrive automat (shower, washing machine).

Excluded hereof is the current consumption per kw/h, since this is only accounted for at the end of the tenancy year according to actual consumption.
