🌳 Comfort Pitch

From €1,680.00 per year

All Standard Pitch services included, plus a private water and wastewater connection directly at your pitch.

Price breakdown:

• Annual base rent: €1,323.81

• Comfort surcharge: €290.00

• 5% overnight accommodation tax on base rent only: €66.19

⚡ Electricity Costs

• €0.70 per kWh based on consumption

• €5.00 per month electricity meter fee

Electricity is billed separately.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family & Additional Guests

Prices apply to married couples and couples living together, including their biological children up to and including 20 years of age.

• ❤️ Additional persons: €80.00 per person/year

• 🔄 Pitch or tenant change: €120.00 administration fee

All annual prices are starting prices. Larger pitches, premium locations and individually agreed additional services may increase the rental price.

🌱 Full Lawn Care Service: €130.00 per year – optionally available for both Standard and Comfort Pitches.
