Due to the new company handling the lawn mowing service, we also ask you to let us know by the end of September 2026 whether you would like to use the service in 2027.
The costs will be shown directly on your future invoices.

On May 11, 2026, a fire safety inspection was conducted at our campsite. During this inspection, officials took photographs of every pitch and documented their findings.
Therefore, please take note of the following, effective immediately:
• Any alteration to a pitch must be approved by us in writing in advance.
• This applies explicitly even in cases where, for example, an awning is merely being replaced with a new one of the exact same dimensions.
• Storage boxes, annexes, or similar modifications may not be installed or altered without our written consent.
• In many instances, additional building permits are required for permanent awnings—specifically if the caravan itself is not registered.
We will be contacting you personally regarding this matter—if we haven't done so already.
Many existing arrangements will be tolerated for the remainder of this season. However, the new regulations must be strictly adhered to moving forward.
Please take this matter seriously.
It concerns fire safety, emergency access routes, regulatory compliance, and the overall safety of all our guests and seasonal campers.

🌿 Lawn Mowing Service for Seasonal & Permanent Campers 🌿
Dear campers,
for everyone who has booked the lawn mowing service, a professional company will take care of mowing the pitches. 🌱
Unfortunately, the previous company increasingly failed to keep the announced appointments and became unreliable — as many of you have already noticed yourselves.
To ensure the service can continue, we have now hired a new company that will continue the mowing service using the same working method.
⚠️ At the moment, we cannot guarantee that announced visits will always take place exactly as planned, as changes may still occur at short notice. In addition, all work remains weather dependent.
⚠️ Important Information
✂️ Strimming / Fine Trimming
For insurance reasons, the strimmer cannot work close to awnings, tarps, tyres or plastic boxes.
Fine trimming around your setup is not included in the service and should be done by yourselves.
🪑 Furniture & Objects
The company will not move tables, chairs or other objects.
If items are left on the grass, only the accessible areas around them will be mowed.
⚙️ Metal Sleeves / Poles in the Ground
If you have metal sleeves or poles in the ground (for example for parasols), please mark them clearly and visibly.
❗ Liability for Damages
If unmarked metal poles or similar objects are sticking out of the ground, the pitch holder will be liable for any damage caused to the company’s equipment.
