Hello dear long-term campers, December 2023
Many, very fun and relaxed and once again some challenging days for us in 2023 are behind us. ♥ We are THANKFUL for everyone and grow from it. We always want good development at our place and love to implement it. The sun goddess can make some improvements next season and it can only rain at night.
With the annual letters/information we would like to write you some news again. In the future, this will be on the website under News/Permanent Campers and will be adjusted to the changes by the end of December. We only have planning security in the short to medium term and we can act more flexibly and quickly on the website. The annual letters will also come to you by post with the invoice, but they won't arrive until February. It is therefore necessary to always check the website and if you do not agree with a change point, you have until the end of December to act.
The annual letter and site regulations are part of our contracts.
Taaadaaaaaaa News: We have been operating a PV system since last summer and continue to live sustainability.
A new, larger supply line complements this, so that we will probably set up 1-2 e-charging stations in front of the site. Charging e-cars on the pitches is still prohibited. The lines are not designed for this.
From January we will have a business fiber optic connection that leaves nothing to be desired and we are very well positioned for the future.
In the future, bulky waste and electronic waste will only be registered by email at info@camp-hammer.de, stating the site number, name and what should be disposed of.
This year too, we don't know whether we will maintain the previous price per KW (0.60 € /kW) on average for next year. If we determine during 2024 that this cannot be implemented, we will have to make adjustments.
The parking space rent will be adjusted upwards by €3.33/month to reflect the cost development♥. The bills arrive in February and therefore the payment window is smaller.
The gardener adjusts the prices. You can find the information on the website and probably around €10-20 per year. From next year onwards, the full lawn service will also be transferred separately in the following time window March 1st - 10th, 2024 with your name and place number please. It takes a lot of effort to organize this and create the lists, so we won't be adding any latecomers from next year. Thank you for your understanding. Just a reminder: The lawn service is and remains a voluntary service that we are happy to offer

- 1. Hühnerführerschein, Wer? Wie? Was?
In kleinen Gruppen erkunden wir das Hühnerleben und erfahren spannende Dinge über die Hühnerhaltung und die Entstehung der Küken
- 2. Ponywanderung und kleine Ponykunde
In kleinen Gruppen von max. 4 Kindern (jeweils begleitet von einem Elternteil) sowie einem kompetenten Pferdeführer bereiten wir das Pferd vor, erfahren was über diese WUNDERvollen Geschöpfe (Putzen, Satteln) und wandern anschließend gemeinsam durch Wald und Wiesen. Die Kinder wechseln sich mit dem Reiten ab, die übrige Strecke darf mit allen Sinnen zu Fuß erlebt werden.
Dauer: 1,5 – 2 Stunden
Treffpunkt: Rezeption (bitte an festes Schuhwerk denken), Helme für das Reiten werden zur Verfügung gestellt
